Terms of Service — Participant

1. Who is a participant

A participant is a business or individual that rents a stand at fairs listed on FairHub and sells products or services to attendees.

2. Verification

Your application is reviewed before activation. We may ask for proof of business registration (business number, VAT), address, or product samples. Inaccurate or fraudulent information is grounds for immediate rejection and a platform ban.

3. Conduct at events

You agree to follow each organizer's stand rules, safety requirements, and payment deadlines. Repeat violations lead to loss of participant status.

4. Payments and refunds

Stand fees are paid to the organizer; FairHub acts only as the booking platform. Refund rules are set by each organizer.

5. Content you publish

You own the content of your stand profile (logo, photos, description) and grant FairHub a non-exclusive license to display it within the Service.

6. Taxes

You are responsible for reporting income and complying with local tax rules. FairHub does not withhold taxes on your behalf.
