Terms of Service — Guest

1. Acceptance

By creating an account on FairHub ("the Service") you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Account and sign-in

We authenticate you via one-time codes sent to your email. You are responsible for keeping your email account secure; anyone with access to it can sign in as you.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to use the Service to harass other users, submit fraudulent ticket purchases, scrape content, or interfere with its normal operation.

4. Tickets and bookings

Tickets you book are issued by event organizers, not by FairHub. Refund, cancellation, and entry policies are defined by each organizer and shown on the event page before booking.

5. Data

We store your email, profile fields you provide, and your interaction history (sign-ins, bookings, notifications received). See our Privacy Policy for retention and deletion rules.

6. Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. You may appeal a suspension from the banned-account page.

7. Changes

When we update these terms the version string at the top changes and you will be asked to re-accept before continuing to use the Service.
