Cookie Policy

Version: 2026-06-10

1. What cookies are

Cookies are small text files stored on your device by your browser. We use them to keep you signed in, secure the Service, and remember your choices. This policy explains which cookies FairHub sets and how you can control them.

2. Strictly necessary cookies

These are always active because the Service cannot work without them. They keep your session, protect forms against cross-site request forgery (CSRF), and remember your cookie choices. They do not track you across other sites.

  • fairhub_session — your sign-in session.
  • XSRF-TOKEN — CSRF protection for forms.
  • fh_cookie_consent — stores your consent choices so we don't ask again.

3. Managing cookies

You can change your choices at any time using the Cookie settings link in the page footer, or clear cookies in your browser settings. Blocking strictly necessary cookies will prevent you from signing in.

4. Changes

When we update this policy the version string at the top changes. Questions? Email info@dev.fairhub.ca.
