Terms of Service — Organizer

Version: 2026-04-22

1. Who is an organizer

An organizer creates fair / event listings on FairHub, accepts participant applications, sells tickets to guests, and is responsible for running the event on site.

2. Verification

Organizer accounts are reviewed before activation. We may ask for proof of business registration, insurance coverage, venue permits, or references from previous events.

3. Your responsibilities

You are responsible for the legality, safety, and execution of each event you list: permits, venue arrangements, security, waste management, accessibility, and compliance with local regulations. FairHub is the booking platform, not the event operator.

4. Refunds and cancellations

You set the refund policy for each event and must honor it. If you cancel an event, you must refund all affected tickets and stand fees within 14 days.

5. Participant treatment

Applications from participants must be reviewed fairly and without unlawful discrimination. Rejections must state a reason compatible with your published stand-selection rules.

6. Data

You receive attendee and participant contact details for event operations only. You may not use them for unrelated marketing without explicit consent.
